Indeed, it's the cornstarch in almost every veggie dish, and the sugar in the teriyaki dishes that hurt! I thought, "Hey, beef and broccoli, how bad can THAT be?" and it was 8 grams (Panda Express) for a small serving. Not the worst, but skip it if you can while on Induction.
Use the Internet to Google dishes...add the word "nutrition" and you will get various sites for some consensus.
