The only OTHER suggestion I could make is to check your caloric intake. It's completely possible to eat 20 g of carb per day and still be overeating. Overeating is overeating, and will cause a wt gain. EVEN when the carbs are "just right". There are several really good online resources... fitday is one example. Try keeping track for a few days.... see how many calories you're eating.

Have you ever had your thyroid checked? Are you diabetic? PCOS?
