Tril , I think you have a point. I am Diabetic, but I am not quite sure why that would make you gain or lose weight over and over. Do you know why by chance? Plus I do have P.C.O.S. Again I am not sure why that would affect me as well, but I am new to the Diagnosis.
BlueHex- Thanks so much for the advice. I will try these new things. One of the things I have done since yesterday was cut out mayonaise. I was using as much as I wanted because it said you could use it on induction. Perhaps I was using to much??? I thought there was no such thing when it came to induction because I do not remember reading anywhere in the book that said you had to limit your Mayo. Makes me wonder now. So I am trying this to see if I make a break. I definatly lose weight but I turn around later and gain some back, but nothing had ever changed in the way I was doing things, that is what confused me the most. I will keep you updated to see if this works. I just started the tredmil instead of the pool for exercise, so again I will see if these changes work for me. I did manage to go home and not cheat, but instead went home and went straight to bed.
