Default (portion-) controlling myself
well, this induction thing is an eye-opener, eh? life is changing - and hopefully weight will be too, soon.....

for example - when i made my HB eggs (2-days' breakfasts worth), i would glob on the MW, now i put on 1 tbsp exactly for the 2 days - and also the salsa...one tbsp each day, where i'd normally just cover the top of the eggs , probably with 2 tbsp per day....also - who knew peas were so high?!? i now count them, rather than thinking of them as a "free food"...AND canned tomatoes!!! they were my staple free food! well, ha ha on me - they have TWENTY GRAMS PER CAN. no wonder i wasn't losing anything!!


ah, the revelations!

i'm still making my yummy foods, but having less of them, and counting the carbs rather than winging it.......
