Okay... I think I have everyone added that's asked to be added.

SWB... you asked if I thought your goal was too much for one month. Depending on your age, activitiy level, height, recent dieting... it might or might not be. What's your goal weight? 10.5# a month is a lot for most people. Nearly impossible if you're close to goal already. You can leave you goal the way it is, or change it at any time (no rules here about that stuff!). If NOT reaching a goal might derail you, then change it. If having a lofty goal motivates, keep it. You'll just need to decide for yourself what will work best for YOU.
