Rules are simple... follow whatever phase of Atkins that you choose, check in here and report in your progress as you see fit. It would probably be helpful if we all did this once a week or so (not helpful to ME, helpful to YOU). Wednesdays seem to be good (halfway between weekends). When you report a weight I'll add it to your stats. It will look like this:

start weight/current weight/goal weight

Final weigh-in is January 31st. Please try to weigh in (and report it) between Jan 30th and Feb 1st.
