In a food processor....
2 lbs. chicken skinless boneless breasts
1 tbsp. marjoram
10 oz. heavy cream (add cream slowly)
2 eggs
2 cloves fresh garlic - crushed (optional)
Mix and then take 1/2-1 Soy Flour and 1/2-1 cup Finely ground pork rinds for the batter. Roll chicken mixture into balls or take a spoon and make a nugget shape and rollin batter. Drop into deep fryer.

soy flour less than 10carbs, but you will use just a small amount. The pork rinds I used had 0 carbs. Chicken speaks for itself. The herbs - 0. Heavy cream - 0!
I figured that i have 10 per meal or snack at about 1-2 carbs total. Could be less than that. This all depends on how much breading you use. Lightly coat.
