I'm in. Weight yesterday was 228. If this is for 10 weeks then I am going to have to shoot for 210 by the end of that time.

Week 9 212
Week 10 210

Woo Hoo!!! Okie, I planned my work now I just need to work the plan. Lets Go. Good Luck all. I am going to have to step it up a bit as I am only now losing at a rate of 1.7 per week.
