I looked them up... and found this for the large viennas:

Large Viennas - 360 grams

Ingredients:
Beef, Water, Potato Starch, Salt, Stabilisers (E452, E450), Acidulant (E575), Dextrose, White Pepper, Flavouring Preparation (Spice and Herb Extract), Colour (E129), Preservative (E250).

Since the first ingredient is beef, that means they're MOSTLY beef... however, the potato starch and dextrose (sugar) means these viennas have carbs. We can't tell how much, but they are certainly NOT a free protein choice. I would use them as a once in a while treat... not a daily or even weekly indulgence. You just don't know how many carbs they are. Maybe later in OWL or maintenance you could get away with not knowing. But I would never risk it during Induction.
