my advice would be to always stop and weigh consequences.
Will eating this make you feel better after?
Will you be happy with yourself later?
Will it postpone your weightloss?
I try not to cheat because I feel so terrible the next morning, or later that day.
Also, never say "just this one time won't hurt."
Believe me, it's a binge inducer.
