Well luckily I'm out of induction, and did it for 3 weeks.. Just annoyed/upset cause I thought I was being at least okay, if not good.

Oh well, it's done now, and I've slept off my carbs (felt terrible last night) and hoping to jump back on the elliptical pony (seeing as I can't jump on my real pony because its' raining. So much for getting back into riding this week!)
