Default Atkins Holiday Challenge Week ONE
Here we go everybody! Tomorrow we begin the Holiday Challenge in the hopes of making THIS season one of improved health and (if we do this right) weight loss.

Here are the people I have so far, and some of the goals for this challenge:

If anyone decides to not do the challenge, just let me know and I'll remove you from the list.

I still need the missing goals and I will need everyone's weight (if weight is part of your goal) tomorrow. Feel free to post a Tuesday or Thursday weight if life gets in the way... no pressure here, just some friendly public accountability. Also, if at any time you decide to NOT weigh in one week (or more) just let me know. That decision is entirely up to you... we must all find what works best when self motivating.

Each week I will start a new thread for everyone to report their weigh in on. Once I hear from everyone (or within a day or two) I will post the results and announce that week's biggest loser. Feel free to discuss the challenge... including the week's issues, special challenges, NSV, etc. in the thread.

Looking forward to getting your goals and your starting weight tomorrow! I will be gone overnight but will post the new starting chart on Thursday night after I get home.
