Hey guys.

I was looking to make a thai red / green curry.

I was going to use coconut milk alongside this as I understand that it is acceptable on Atkins diets.

Please could you recommend me a curry paste that would best suit my needs?

I live in the uk, and so far the best I could find is a "Mae Ploy Curry Paste"

(search google.co.uk for the term "Green curry paste (1kg) by Mae Ploy", the product in question is for sale at "Thai Food Online"

Looking at the ingredients would this be okay to use?
