what you are doing wrong is looking at the scale so often!! :wink:

Maybe you are eating a lot of salty foods, maybe your workouts are increasing muscle mass, maybe its your time of month, maybe your body is adjusting to the weight loss, maybe the scale you are using is un-scientific, etc etc etc

Try to look at other measures for weight loss and physical fitness. if you are eating healthy and exercising you are on the right path.
