Also, if you could post your menus for a couple of days, we could be more helpful. Be sure to list everything you put in your mouth, including the amounts.

Sometimes people think they're following the plan exactly, but are unaware of some limits, like 2 to 3 Tablespoons of cream and 3 or 4 ounces of cheese.

Also, some scales are very unreliable. It's better to go by how your clothes feel. Do you have more room around the waist? Is it easier to button a shirt that used to be tight?
