Thanks for the answer.
I am always eating salads for the lunch at work (salad leaves, cheese, and cucumber). Meat or fish with small portion of vegetables - in the evening. In the morning some meat or a bit cheese.
Yes, I feel by clothes that it fits better, but for the last week there are no changes in weight at all. It’s frustrating. I am not going to stop the diet, but I would feel better seeing changes with my weight.
