Thanks and I'm preparing meals now for the week.

Going back to work and doing atkins and trying to stay within the carbs is new to me since when I did the diet before I was studying for my masters so it was a bit easier but being on the run and go all the time, travelling everyday, I forgot how busy you can be when you are working and its so tempting to stop at the bakery shops and get a pastry and other fattening and things that aren't good for you.

For me it's important eat balanced meals, exercise and eat when I'm hungry and not force feed myself because that's when the binging and purging will come to play and I haven't done that in 4 years and going strong.
