I am the same guys, been on the induction again for the 3rd time in 5 years and this seems to be the worst (if you can call it that!) I do not have any appetite at all. Would not going to the loo (sorry) account for that? I have been eating only tuna and salads with the occasional bacon and eggs and my bowels have stopped! I have been drinking water till it comes out of my ears and also take 2 tabs of Psyllium a day but to no avail. Its been a week since i went. Need help!!
