I got/have this, too... I researched it and from what I could find, it's caused NOT by a lack of glucose/glycogen (which most non-low carb people will tell you) but by a lack of electrolytes (minerals). This deficit is caused by the dehydrating effect of low carbing... think about the water weight you've lost since you started. Make SURE you're taking a daily supplement every single day that has potassium, magnesium and calcium in it. Don't also try to go low sodium right now. You want your body to hold some water. Dehydration alone will cause muscle weakness.

Do this for a few days and you should see a difference. Also, don't skip meals!
