decided to reward myself by deviating from the diet for a few days.
Careful, dude, thats a dangerous thought process!
In any case, I would bet half of the weight gain is "water weight" and the rest is probably some fat. Beer, bread and potatoes are well known to cause bloat.
Just do induction and go for a run and you'll detox the crap out in no time. Congrats on the weight loss. Keep it up! And, if you feel the need to tap into those naughty carbs again (we are all human)....do the deed within 60 minutes of first consumption and then STOP. This limits the damage to your body and keeps your insulin production stable.
