If you ate like that for 10 days, you're lucky you only gained 6 pounds!! You're obviously way out of ketosis and will need to focus on getting back there. It may be harder than the first time (subsequent attempts are usually harder and don't work as well... just so you know). But don't let that stop you! Hit induction levels again and right away. Some of that gain will be from water.. you've restored your glycogen supply and switched back to a glucose based metabolism. It takes 2 g of water to store 1 g of glycogen. So yes, some of it is water. Is all of it? I doubt that very much. When you started feeding your body carbs it was still burning fat... so until the body made the switch back, you were probably storing most of those carbs (glucose) as fat.
