Hi all,

Has anyone had experience with pure fennel tea? That it, is it truly zero carbs and has it affected anyones weight loss? Its supposed to be good for GI issues, which I have, and I am thinking of brewing a big batch (unsweetened) and chilling in the frdge to drink throughout the day.

Thoughts?
