Hey... saw that no one had responded to this yet. I don't know about fennel tea, never had it or read about it. A quick google search though and I can see it's used for intestinal issues... it relaxes the colon. People with IBS use it. I couldn't find it in any of my favorite carb count sources.

For other teas, according to some of the caloire/carb count websites I use, one serving of tea can have as much as 1.0 g carb (Lipton's Quietly Chamomile Herbal Tea, for example. I like my tea very weak... three dunks of the teabag and it's perfect. I consider one tea bag one serving (I use a bag 3 or 4 times). If you like your tea very strong and you drink a LOT of it, you may be getting enough carbohydrate from it to consider counting it toward your daily total.... especially during Induction.
