Also, what is your current weight and what is your goal weight? If you don't have much to lose, it may take a while (so i have read). And 1 lb a week is still progress, though I understand wanting it to go a little faster. Another thing, I personally didn't do induction nearly that long (3 days) because I wanted to get more into a manageable state quickly. My diet now seems to fit something I could do for a lifetime, and if it didn't then I would just gain it all back. So, maybe you could move onto the next phase and try to embrace your 1lb a week with a more manageable diet. Thats still 50 lbs a year!

P.S. I am no atkins expert, in fact, I have only read FEW parts of the book. These are just opinions of mine, so let some of the other "Experts" chime in. I just know that the questions I am asking will help them because thats what they asked me
