Hi BP,

It's true that the more you have to lose, the faster you can lose it, but this contest will be judged as a percentage of body weight lost rather than the number of pounds lost, so that should even out the playing field a bit for those who have much less to lose.

Everyone is welcome to post their weekly progress each Monday or Tuesday, but that's not required.

So far, I've gained a quarter pound, but I've stepped up my strength training, so it could be muscle.
