I think its interesting that a lot of us are here due to poor eating habits. And some people still think that they can modify the plan, lose a bunch of weight, and sucessfully keep it off? At least for me the whole point of what I am doing is to change the way I use food in my life. Learning to try new foods, dishes, recipies. I'm sure there will be some things I will be like... Not so much. But I think that is an important aspect to this. If we don't rethink just about EVERYTHING we thought about food, how can we expect to be successful?
