The salad dressing requirement is this: "Salad Dressings - Any prepared salad dressing with no added sugar and no more then two net carbs per serving (1 - 2 tablespoons is a serving)" So look at your ranch dressing... is there ADDED sugar in the ingredients? If so, this techinically isn't ok. But one carb per serving is low and you CAN use this so long as you count the carb in your daily total. If the dressing has no added sugars in the ingredient list it means the 1 g of sugar is naturally occuring in one or more of the ingredients (most likely from milk sugars). Just be sure that you measure any dressing that has carbs so you know what one serving looks like. I tend to use dressings with no carbs so I don't have to measure. LOL Tril
