I have never gotten ketone breath! I have purple ketostix but no ketone breath! I'm kinda glad though...

Kyp, I walk 3-9 miles most days (depends on where I need to go!) and it's pretty vigorous because I'm usually carrying either a 1 year old on my back or a bag of groceries. We keep a strong pace but we don't push it too far. (A purposeful, stride would be my best description.) and a 3 mile walk takes us roughly 45 minutes (so I guess we walk 4 miles per hour, which I've seen called a "brisk pace" before).

Between that and chasing a one year old around, playing with her, doing housework etc... What kind of activity level would you rate me, and how many calories do you think I create in deficit? Especially just on the walking part?

Since you seem to know stuff like that, I'm just curious what you will say.
