Tanya... temporary stops along the way are NORMAL. I stayed at the same weight for 28 DAYS. Not kidding. Then I lost 5#... and I've been at that weight for 10 days now. It's just how my body is losing it this time. I'm not doing anything different... it's just my pattern for whatever reason. Track your weight, keep going, and see if you can find a pattern in YOUR weight loss. It makes the waiting much easier to take. And ALWAYS remember...

Weight loss is neither linear nor predictable.

You won't lose day after day, week after week. You can't look ahead and say by "this date" I will be at goal. All you can really do is take it ONE DAY AT A TIME. Add up enough days on plan and you'll lose. You have to trust it... you have to be willing to be patient and stick to it no matter what. Not losing for four days??? You're going to let THAT discourage you??? Come on.. you're stronger than that, Tanya.
