I've had Shirataki noodles before... bought them at my local HFS. They were the nastiest thing ever. You have to rinse rinse rinse them... and then rinse them some more. It's to rinse the FLAVOR away, if that gives you any idea. I also did NOT like the texture... this is gross, but a good description would be boiled earthworms.As you can see... ick is my response. LOL

I've had the Walden Farms salad dressing... it wasn't anything special. I'd rather make my own from real ingredients. If the only thing you're concerned about is the calorie and carb count, these products (can't really call them FOOD) would be a choice. Me, I want to eat REAL foods... not frankenfoods. What's in the peanut spread, anyway?? Did you notice the label? It's peanut flavored spread. It's NOT peanut butter. It concerns me that their website does not list ingredients OR nutrition info on any of their products. Buyer beware!
