I am a heavy weight lifter/cardio gym goer, I take a Mens One A Day vitamin supplement, and then immediately after working out I take a double scoop shake of this

It helps me recover, but super over loading on amino acids isn't really a big deal, you can find anti oxidants in food as well and they are usually in the veggies, so you will kill two birds with one stone.

MOST of the supplement beliefs are just voodoo nutrition.
