Hello and welcome, Kelly! I can understand the living in a rural area and having a dh who has never had a weight problem VERY well! Message boards like this one can be a lifeline of support, so I'm quite happy you found us. You know, about three years ago, on a similar message board, I met someone who lives 3 miles from me and now we're walking buddies... you just never know! I hope you feel comfortable here.... it's quite friendly.

Do you have the book?? If not, be sure to print off the Induction foods list and keep it handy. Any questions... just ask! Another excellent source of information is the FAQ section on the index. I've learned more by reading those than anywhere else (read ALL of them lol).
