You asked for help with Atkins, yet you've stopped following that diet. Those shakes for two meals a day are not Atkins. You're doing your own low carb plan... and that's ok... lots of people lose weight doing that. Only, you've stopped losing. Why did you stop doing what worked...

It's probably some of the problem that you're not eating enough. Hunger, or the lack of it, has nothing to do with whether or not you're in "starvation mode". And, actually, people who are starving have less hunger... their body adapts. You eat too little and your body will use your MUSCLES for fuel. You want that? I didn't think so.
Your currrent "stall" (not really a stall until you've stayed on the plan and not lost for 3 to 4 weeks) is most likely related to the change in the way you're eating... the shakes. Get some real food instead, give it another week and see what happens.
The 3rd weeks is notorious for being a 0 lost week.
So there are a few suggestions for you... wait a week, dump the shakes, eat more Atkins-like.
