I would just add that it is common to hit a week or two in a row along the way where there is no weight lost. Consider it a signal to reevaluate what you are eating (it is possible to eat too little - putting your body into starvation mode - thus telling your body to burn muscle and hold on to fat reserves.)

If you are doing Atkins, you should be at 20 net carbs per day mostly from vegi's.

You don't mention exercise - but making a modest increase to your activity/exercise routines can help start the scale in the right direction as well.
