I'm always afraid they won't stop. An old childhood fear. I had a great-uncle that had them for three years without stopping. Scary.

An old bartenders trick, (I used to be an old bartender years ago), light a match book and once it is on fire put it out in a small glass of water. Drink the water. The sulfur in the water stops them. Works every time.
