Well I almost never took in silly carbs so that saved me some carbs.
As for the cheese, they have some carbs but they're minimal, 12 ounces of cheese is no more than 12 carbs if you eat the right cheese.
As far as my build, yes I was and am starting to be rather muscular again. The nutritionist and doctor estimated my daily calorie deficit as being extremely high, probably around 4 thousand calories per day.
If I were to take the time to list out all of my meals I think people would see they conformed to the Atkins plan, merely expanded because I had a much higher calorie need per day.
I never suggested anyone else do this, and if you do, you had best be in the gym 3 hours a day cuz I'm pretty sure that's how I was able to pull it off.
