One of the reasons I love exercise is that its a great way to control the weight once you are in maintenance.
You can trim carbs and food intake to keep stable, but you can also add and subtract some gym time each week to keep things in check... plus it gets you out of the house.
The gym I go to has a useable roof that has a track and some machines on top, so if it's super nice outside I go out there sometimes.
Super fit... yes.... super trim... nah never. Too much excess skin
Plus Im a redhead and I have wicked wicked scars from the motorcycle accident, and they're pretty much bright purple. It's kinda noticeable
