Kyp, several times now you have described, on the board, the portions you eat. And they don't even go close to "normal", regadless of what your definition of normal is. Now, I've been looking for ways to ask this question in a more delicate manner, but I can't find one, so I'll just be straightforward, sorry: are you sure you are not bulimiac? You may want to look into this, because no amount of exercise is going to help you - especially as you grow older - unless you learn to control your portions.
