I agree with Mneemnee and Towhook - it would be good if you review rules of Induction. Even better, read the book again. It really makes following the diet much easier and you avoid mistakes. You should also definitely cut down on tea and - especially - coffee, not to mention milk and sweetener! Did you ever look at the ingredients of your sweetener? Some of them are cut with maltodextrin or dextrose, both of which have a very high glycemic index, almost equal to sugar. There is also a sweetener based on sodium - sodium cyclamate, I think. It may cause horrible water retention. And drink AT LEAST 2 litres of water a day. It helps the fat burning process and flushes all toxins from your body. Also, to be frank, you seem to be eating an awful lot of food... How much are you trying to lose? Because unless you are a real heavyweight, like myself, you are probably getting way too many calories. Calculate your BMR and try to eat approximately 100-200 calories above it. Perhaps eating less, but more often would do the trick? Also, are you using any medication? Some of it has plenty of sugar. Are you regular in the bathroom? This is important, because constipation may hamper weightloss. So if you get constipated, make sure you get more fiber in your food. That would be it for now, I guess - try to eat more in line with Induction rules (more leafy greens, less beans and tomato), drink your water - the more the better - and give it a week or two to see results.
