It's more likely that you've reached an equalibrium between what you're eating and what you now weigh. The less you weigh, the less your body needs... so the less you have to eat to keep losing. You can cut back on what you're eating (smaller serving sizes, fewer snacks, less added fats, more veggies instead of cheese or nuts for examples... or do what Atkins said and reduce your carb intake by 5 grams per day) and/or increase (or add?) exercise.
