1) You mention going back to eating normally - please work through all 4 stages of Atkins - if you go back to "normal" eating you will go back to your old "normal" size. If Atkins works for you , then you are carb sensitive and need to remain on a low (compared to others) carb diet - not induction, but not what others call normal either.

2) You are young. Once you reach your goal I would suggest waiting a year before having major surgery. Because your young, your skin may surprise you. But you have to give it time.
