I don't really think it's cosmetic. I view it more as re constructive :P

ha ha i feel the same way too - i bought the brand "spanx" to wear under my clothes a few times and it works wonders its the kind the celebs use - i've tried like 6 others in the past and all different styles and this one i got by far puts all the others to shame
