Smer... just get back to careful low carbing. Most of that 4.4 will be from water. You've probably restored your glycogen stores by eating carbs. It takes 3 or 4 grams of water to keep one gram of glycogen stored in your tissues. Get back into ketosis, use up that glycogen and the water (weight) will go away. Please don't consider the choices you made this weekend as a failure... or a weakness. Creating a new you, a new way of eating, takes time, patience and PRACTICE. No one is able to just turn off one way of eating and turn on another. You'll have stumbles along the way. I heard this once and it made great sense to me...

It's not what you do 10% of the time that determines success, it's what you do 90% of the time.

So... chin up and let's get you back on the straight and narrow, ok?
