I'm happy to know that pink is good.... and purple is not better. It's also good to know that all the stick tells us is what's happening in our urine, not out bodies. So if it does go lighter, it doesn't mean I'm going to lose less or I need to eat fewer carbs. That info you posted, Smer, is priceless. Thanks, again!!!
