jogging is absolutely fine on Atkins. Just make sure you eat 90 minutes beforehand (boiled egg will do), have high quality running shoes (look for extra support in the heels), jog on softer surafces (tarmac is hard on your shins and joints) and be sure to eat protein within 60 minutes AFTER the jog.
