when you do exercise muscles are tightened they get in shape so the difference comes in inches not pounds
even if you just walk it makes a difference

the 2nd question .... i dont eat bars coz i dont have them
but i think in the early stage of atkins one should only take carbs in the form of vegies as said in the book ... weight loss also depends on wht kind of carbs u r taking and how tht effects our system
Thanks Maro. I wish it was because of muscles ( ) I have yet to get on that exercise bike of mine. I am stopping the bars !!!!!!!!!!
