I think I am eating hidden carbs, too. I have been eating ham that says zero carbs every morning and sometimes for a snack. I bet it has carbs. Plus, it must have a ton of sodium. I am not losing weight the way i should be. I have barely cheated and feel like I am doing se well. I need to be more diligent about counting my carbs, I guess. I dont know what I am going to eat with my eggs now. If I make bacon I eat way too much of it, so no bacon. Plus, my TOM is starting now. I am frustrated with my weight loss, but feel so much better that I know this is the way I am supposed to be eating. I really need to get under 250 pounds by the 9th to make my first goal. complain complain complain
