My other half told me not to do atkins as he thinks its unhealthy and too expensive, i tried to tell him i found thid forum and that there is more to it then not eating meat but he wouldnt have it, ive started up again be he doesnt know, any idea how i should tell him and what would be some good things to make him realise its not an unhealty way of life
