hi simi -
great work on induction and losing the pounds. i am not sure if you are actually serious about wanting to lose 15lbs in 3 weeks. You see, your weight and height are now currently in the "healthy" range -- at least, according to Weight Watchers. (I assume that you are over 25 and female)

So, it worries me slightly that you seem to have crash diet goals to get teeny-tiny. I would say, take your time, keep up the good work and revise your goals to be more realistic and thus, lomger lasting and healthy. I mean, did it only take you 3 weeks to gain your weight in the first place? think about it... Slow and steady wins the race.
