Which is why I would toss out the scale and just focus on eating healthy food in normal portion sizes and EXERCISE daily, get plenty of sleep and take it easy. Your body will thank you for it. Better to do it slowly and healthy one time than lose, gain, lose, gain, lose, gain, etc. for life.
